International supply · 40+ countries

Worldwide load bank
supplier.

Ashford Energy UK designs, manufactures and exports load banks to more than forty countries. Every unit is built to the destination market's frequency, voltage and conformity route — and shipped with the documentation to clear customs and pass commissioning.

Conformity coverage

Certified for
the market it
ships to.

A load bank is only useful if it is accepted on site. Every unit is engineered to the internationally recognised IEC base standards and then certified to the conformity route the destination market requires — so it clears customs, satisfies the inspector and gets signed off at commissioning.

Export FAQ

Supplying worldwide.

Do you supply load banks internationally?
Yes. Ashford Energy UK is an international load bank manufacturer and supplier — we design, build and export resistive, reactive, DC, liquid-cooled, data-centre and server-emulator load banks worldwide, in both 50 Hz and 60 Hz, certified for the destination market.
Which certifications can you supply load banks to?
Load banks are supplied to the conformity route the destination requires: CE/UKCA for Europe and the UK, UL/cUL and NEMA for the United States, CSA for Canada, SASO/SABER and G-Mark for the Gulf, BIS for India, INMETRO for Brazil, and DNV/ABS/Lloyd's for marine and offshore.
What Incoterms do you supply on?
We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Most export orders ship FOB or CIF from a UK or regional port; DDP is available where you want delivery duty paid to site. The Incoterm is agreed at quotation.
What are your export lead times?
Indicatively 4–8 weeks to Europe, 6–10 weeks to North America and Asia-Pacific, and 5–9 weeks to the Gulf, covering build plus transit. Exact lead time depends on rating, configuration and conformity route, and is confirmed on the quotation.
Can load banks be built for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz?
Yes. Every product family is built in 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and many units can be specified for dual-frequency operation. Voltage is configured for the destination — 208V/240V/480V for the US, 600V for Canada, 230V/400V/415V for Europe and most of Asia, and up to 11 kV medium voltage.
What export documentation do you provide?
Standard export documentation includes the commercial invoice and packing list, certificate of origin, declaration of conformity for the applicable marks, factory acceptance test records, and crating and dimension specifications for freight booking.
